What products can be packed in YLTPACK bags?
Coffee, tea, snacks, cookies, powders, spices, rice, pet food, frozen food, meat and seafood, ready meals, fresh fruit and vegetables, plus supplements, personal care and household refills. Each application on this page has its own guide to the structures we use for it.
How do you choose the right bag for my application?
We start from what the product needs: barrier against oxygen, moisture or light, freezer or heat resistance, puncture strength, venting, and the eco claim you want to print. Tell us the product, fill weight and storage, and we recommend one structure in writing.
Which bag formats do you make?
Stand-up pouches, flat bottom pouches, three-side seal and flat pouches, side gusset bags, spout pouches, retort pouches, vacuum bags, fancy shape bags and printed roll stock film, with zipper, valve, window, handle or hang hole as needed.
What is the minimum order quantity?
1,000 pieces per design for digital print, 10,000 pieces per design for gravure print, 30,000 pieces for compostable, recyclable and recycled-content structures, and 100 kg for roll stock film.
How long does production take?
7–15 days after you approve the artwork proof. Shipping time depends on the method, and we quote air, sea and express options with your order.
Are your bags safe for food?
Our PE film is tested to FDA 21 CFR food-contact requirements, our food-safety management is ISO 22000 certified and bags are made in a cleanroom. We send the documents that apply to your structure with the quote.
Do you offer recyclable or recycled-content bags?
Yes: recyclable mono-PE structures, GRS-certified recycled-content film and compostable kraft structures. We help you choose a claim your market accepts and send the certificates that back it up.
