What pouch formats do you offer?
We produce stand-up pouches, flat pouches (3-side seal), side gusset bags, flat bottom pouches, spout pouches, retort pouches, and roll film stock. All formats are available with custom printing and a full range of functional features.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Digital printing starts at 1,000 units per SKU with no plate fees—ideal for small batches, multiple SKUs, or new product launches. Gravure printing starts at 5,000 units and offers lower unit costs for larger runs.
What is the lead time?
Digital print orders ship in 7–15 business days after artwork approval. Gravure print orders ship in 15–30 business days. We offer expedited production for time-sensitive orders—contact us for details.
Do you offer sustainable packaging options?
Yes. YLTPACK holds GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification and offers monomaterial PE pouches (curbside recyclable), post-consumer recycled (PCR) content laminates, and kraft paper composite structures. Full chain-of-custody documentation is included.
Are your pouches FDA and food-contact compliant?
Yes. All food-contact laminates comply with FDA 21 CFR and EU Regulation No. 10/2011. We hold ISO 22000 food safety management certification and provide full migration test reports and MSDS documentation upon request.
