Do you make the bags in your own factory?
Yes. YLTPACK has run its own plant in Shenzhen since 2005, with printing, lamination and bag making under one roof and our own sales and design team. We work with brand owners, importers, distributors and packaging companies.
What is the minimum order for custom printed bags?
1,000 pieces per design for digital print, 10,000 pieces per design for gravure print, 30,000 pieces for compostable, recyclable and recycled-content structures, and 100 kg for roll stock film.
How long does production take?
7–15 days after you approve the artwork proof. Shipping time depends on the method you choose, and we quote air, sea and express options with your order.
Can I get free samples?
Yes. We send free samples of similar bags so you can check size, material and print quality with your own product. The sample is free; you cover the courier cost.
Do you help with the bag design?
Yes. Send finished artwork and we reproduce it accurately, or send an idea or a reference photo and our in-house design team prepares the layout for free.
Are your bags safe for food?
Our PE film is tested to FDA 21 CFR food-contact requirements, our food-safety management is ISO 22000 certified, and bags are made in a cleanroom. We send the documents for your structure with the quote.
Which packaging bag is right for my product?
Start with what the product needs: liquids suit spout pouches, cooked-in-bag food suits retort pouches, fresh coffee suits valve bags, and long shelf life suits foil laminates. Tell us the product and fill weight and we recommend one structure in writing.
Can you make eco-friendly packaging bags?
Yes: compostable kraft/PLA, recyclable mono-PE and GRS recycled-content structures. We help you choose the claim your market accepts and send the film certificates that back it up.
