Structure and application of aluminum foil composite bag

Aluminum foil composite bag has been widely used in food, medicine, aerospace and other fields due to its light weight, good airtightness, good coverage and other characteristics. It is mainly used for moisture-proof packaging plastic/aluminum/plastic structure of powdery or hygroscopic articles (such as food, medicine, seeds, etc.): aluminum foil (aluminized layer) is dry compounded with high-strength, heat sealable plastic film. The main characteristics of this composite material are excellent barrier property, soft folding, high mechanical strength, oil resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent heat sealing performance. With the continuous improvement of aluminum foil production process, the advantages of composite aluminum foil bags are becoming more and more obvious, which opens a new incremental space for the application of aluminum foil in the packaging industry. Compared with developed countries such as Europe and the United States, China’s per capita aluminum consumption is still at a low level. The aluminum foil composite bag is made of high temperature resistant plastic or nylon layer and high temperature resistant adhesive aluminum plastic composite film, which can withstand high temperature sterilization at 120~150 ℃, and is used for cooking food packaging and space food packaging in the form of paste, paste and solid. According to the product packaging requirements, plastic/aluminum/plastic composite materials are commonly available in three forms, as shown in Figure 3-4. The skeleton layer plastic is still a plastic resin film substrate with high mechanical strength and good printability, such as HDPE, BOPP, BOPET and NY, while the functional layer plastic is generally a plastic resin film substrate with good barrier and puncture resistance, such as PVDC and NY, while the hot melt adhesive extrusion layer in Figure 3-4 is generally a thermoplastic hot melt adhesive resin, Extruded by the extruder between the skeleton layer plastic and aluminum layer or between the aluminum layer and the heat sealing plastic layer for direct bonding without coating adhesive, the resulting soft packaging composite has no solvent residue, good environmental protection and hygiene, and high bonding (composite) strength.
