3, wrong choice for the thickness of the packing material . Some packaging machinery for the thickness of the packaging material have an requirements, if the thickness is too big, the certain position of the packet may wear. Such as pillow packaging machine, the thickness of packaging materials in general should not be greater than 60 mu M, if the packing material is too thick, the pillow type packing in the sealing parts are easily broken.
4, Correct choice for packaging materials in the right structure. Some packaging materials’ compressive wear performance is poor, which cannot be used for packing something that harder angular, such as paper aluminum-plastic composite materials used for packing grain granule, it is easy to cause pressure to wear.
