If necessary, an appropriate amount of defoamer can be added during the printing process. The amount of defoamer should not exceed 0, 5~1% of the total ink volume each time. 3. Quick-drying and slow-drying agents can be added to the ink according to the actual printing speed of the printing machine, and the drying speed of the water-based ink can be appropriately changed to obtain a satisfactory printing effect. Its dosage is 1~2% of the total ink volume. 4. Under the premise that the pH value and viscosity remain unchanged, adding the lightening agent can reduce the color concentration of a certain ink. The dosage should be determined on a case-by-case basis. 5. Diluent Adding a diluent to the ink can reduce the viscosity of the thickened water-based ink without affecting the pH value. Its usage must never exceed 5% of the total ink volume. 6. Enhancer Enhancer can enhance the adhesion of printing ink or varnish to the printing material, and its dosage is generally 1~2% of the total ink volume. 7.
