In order to ensure production efficiency during food disinfection, cooling water is often sprayed directly on the surface of the packaged food bags at the end of the disinfection, resulting in sudden cooling, which has high requirements for food packaging, and some packaging bags can only be cooled slowly. The test cannot pass the mechanical property damage test caused by the sudden cooling of the plastic and the formation of small crystals. Different cooling methods of retort bags may lead to inconsistent test results, so the inspection conditions of the packaging factory should be as close as possible to the user’s use conditions.
